gnome-desktop-enviro*n*ment /does/ have a maintainer. The package you
attempted to report a bug against doesn't exist.
g-d-e is also not maintained by the X Strike Force, but by the Debian GNOME
maintainers. Redirecting; follow-ups to debian-gtk-gnome please.
