Bug severities are not an exact science, but just so you know, I regarded
this as a wishlist item because it wasn't a regression.  That is, Belgian
Apple keyboards were never supported in the past, as far as I know.  So
what was being requested was an enhancement.

Yes, it is.  I have it now, and will review it to make sure its sane (up to
my understanding of XKB, which is not perfect).  If it looks okay or if I
can fix whatever defects I can find in it, I'll put it in a future version
of the xlibs package.
