Package: xbase-clients
Version: 4.0.1-5

When xmessage is used to view a large file (or piped a large file via
'-') or a file/input with very long lines, the scrollbars don't appear as
they should. This seems to be only a problem in 4.0.1; the previous
versions of xmessage behaved correctly under these circumstances.

Two ways to find out:

1) Use xmessage to view a small file. Resize the window and see if the
vertical scrollbar appears and disappears and it gets larger and smaller
than the space required to view the entire file.

2) Read /etc/X11/app-defaults/Xmessage-color.

Okay. Closing this bug, then.
