Bug#77498: xlibs: [Xaw7] scrollbars with text widgets don't work like Xaw6 did

Hi, I've been going through my list of submitted bugs, and noticed this
old one still lying around.

Here's an update on the status of this bug: as of xbase-clients 4.2.1-3,
this bug has been partially fixed. Xmessage now displays a vertical
scrollbar when the output is very long; however, it still fails to show a
horizontal scrollbar when the output is too wide to fit in the window.
Just wondering if upstream is aware of this bug. (Or is it a configuration
issue?)
