Bug#952826: [www.debian.org] partners: convert svg graphics into png to make tidy happy

Hi
The issue is due to a bug in wml which is solved in the buster package, so when we upgrade www-master.debian.org to buster, it will be fixed and we can use svg images without validation errors.

I'll try to review the possible blockers to the buster upgrade in the following days.

Kind regards
