debian.org/support page --- BTS

Hi,

while translating the d.o/support page, I came across a small glitch, which
I would like to propose to change:

To open a bug in the BTS, it says "read one of the bug pages listed below"
but below there is only ONE link.
Furthermore, it follows "or use reportbug". However the webpage of the BTS
says the same, so there is no alternative, hence we cannot say "OR use 
reportbug".

Please find a patch below to fix this.
