Hello
The (draft) release notes for testing (buster) are available now in the
website.
There is a broken link because the website was listing powerpc as
architecture for buster but that was wrong, I've committed the change
and the updated list or release notes available will be online in the
next hours.
So closing these two bugs (#922138 for the website and #904525 for the
release notes).
