bug reports using our HyperEstraier based search engine." with a link to
 https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/search.cgi which redirects to
http://bugs-search.debian.org/cgi-bin/search.cgi which does not exist.

The issue about the service not being available is reported in bug #629645

This bug is to maintain the web page up to date (e.g. remove the link,
and reinstate it once the service is again working).

My proposal, for now, is to remove the mention of the HyperEstraier
search and link to the UDD search instead (allows to search for several
fields, not for text, but I guess is better than nothing...).
