Bug#722085: Connect to wiki.debian.org using IPv6 failed

I can't connect to https://wiki.debian.org using IPv6.
AAAA DNS record resolved successfully:
$ host wiki.archlinux.org
wiki.archlinux.org is an alias for alderaan.archlinux.org.
alderaan.archlinux.org has address 78.46.78.247
alderaan.archlinux.org has IPv6 address 2a01:4f8:120:34c2::2
But I can't get content using IPv6 (wget freezing):
$ wget -6 https://wiki.debian.org -O /dev/null
