Hi David, you are welcome.

I did not know about smart_change.pl but will bear in in mind for
further patches/work.

There's a bit more QA work still todo
(http://www-master.debian.org/build-logs/urlcheck/distrib) but I will
get on it when I have time.

I am still awaiting a reply from Bond University
(http://www-master.debian.org/build-logs/urlcheck/users) and I have
chased them up. They seem to have stopped admissions into their IT
School and have no alternate link.
