Hmm, yesterday, before writing my mail to debian-www, I was given the
english version of refcard, although I have my browser always set to favour
german over english. So my guess was, that content negotiation does not
work here.
But today, I get the german refcard. 
Hmm.
Ok, when content negotiation is used here, everything is fine.
