That's what I did to get rid of the error and build the page
successfully, but may I commit the page to english/Bugs so that the next
person having updated the local repository and trying to build
pseudo-packages.wml won't get the same error?

There is missing a closing-tag on Bugs/pseudo-packages.wml. Would you
guys want this on a bug report or is it okay that I send it here (rather
small patch, really)? Here is a patch which you might apply, or that I
might apply if you guys agree that it is okay for me to commit it:
