Could information about priority of documents / subtrees be included in the
webwml repository (or even in the generated index.html of that subdir)?
Any format that is not too complicated to parse is fine with me.[1]

1. Or, of course appropriate tags (of the existing type) to propose not to index
stuff at all if that is what you want.
