Debian-based distros presented by

The page is largely outdated and there is no way it is ever going to be
complete. The description of the list should be changed to something
like

"The following distribution are based on Debian:"

I have done a major review of the content to move over to a separate listing
the dead distributions and kept only distributions which are actively
maintained.

In any case, I've fixed the paragraph so people that read this page one year
from now are not decieved if they follow a link and gives a 404.
