No, it's still wrong. Please adapt the revision number in the line
#use wml::debian::translation-check translation="1.0" maintainer="behrad@giveme5.ir"
to something as "1.20" instead of "1.0". See
http://cvs.debian.org/webwml/english/social_contract.wml?root=webwml&view=log
for available revisions.
This is used to create statistics of up-to-date and outdated
