Oops, please ignore this. I just noticed that farsi/ is nearly empty so
it's indeed no problem to delete it.

I built your files and they look good (it's a little bit strange to see
the "right to left" text and the templates are probably not optimized
for it (dates look strange)).

I want to wait for other remarks before I commit, but it will probably
happen soon. So you should continue translating now ...

PS: The translation check header of social_contract.wml is wrong, please
correct.
