CD FAQ Update: We now have security support for testing

Please someone go ahead and make this change! I've just committed a change
to the CD FAQ <http://www.debian.org/CD/faq/#outdated> which references
/security/faq#testing, so currently the two FAQs contradict each other:

+generated automatically every week. In this case, be sure to set up
+your computer correctly to receive <a

+updates</a>, especially if you run "testing" on a server. More
