Error on news article.

I get an 406 error everytime I have tried to read the news article:
http://www.debian.org/News/2003/20031121a
it has been like this for me the last 1 1/2 week.
The article: http://www.debian.org/News/2003/20031121
also suffers this error, while the news articles underneath work fine.
