These comments make me think that maybe we're going too quickly and we
need more consensus on this. I don't know if participating in the
program has sense if it has no continuity in the future. 

A solution could be that an external organization sponsors the stipend.
But, I'm afraid we're not in time for this round. On the other hand, we
could wait until the next round to have a more wide consensus (and more
mentors, more volunteers and to be able to offer more projects).

I'm quite stuck right now, I don't like to do things without consensus.
Could I have more opinions from this list before I go ahead (or not)?
