Other thoughts:
How difficult would it be to host a dict server at Debian? Or to keep
our modules current at another dict server location?
I'm currently working on a couple of glossary projects, one simply a
list of Net acronyms, both chat and technical, in English and
Vietnamese:

so it would be good not to duplicate effort, but to combine it in
some way.
