But I would be tending to "python-scoop-doc" anyway. scoop-doc is better to my opinion I just looked at sphinx and it seems that this is better to use <source>-doc (it is neutral > By-the-way: what's your opinion for the dep of the docs package on the > main package, Suggests or Recommends?
