I pulled all the missing releases from snapshot.d.o and imported them to
the collab-maint/ca-certificates repository:

git+ssh://git.debian.org/git/collab-maint/ca-certificates.git

I stashed my previous updates and I will see if I can find some
additional time this weekend to push them to my ca-certificates
repository and get someone to take a look at them.

I haven't looked at many other collab-maint repos to get an idea of what
branches might be needed - there is currently only master.
