There was one actually, but at that date it was either waiting for
ftpmaster processing or rejected since upstream had not fixed the
unclear license yet.

The initial upload was on June 6.

Admittedly I didn't post an ITP. The package did exist on
ftp-master.debian.org, but not in a public directory (locate would still
have found it though).
If you want feel free to take over the package; I only packaged it to
make sure it got ingo Debian, I have no specific interest in maintaining
it myself.
