Dear Maintainer,

I am using wine 3.0.3 from stretch-backports.

With the latest update (v1.6.0) of the reMarkable desktop GUI, the upgrade
breaks on an unimplemented function.

Wine 3.1.0 fixes this via commit

Can you please add either wine 3.1.0 or just the little stub patch to
