Guillem's conversion script is at [0], my notes are buried in the threads
I mentioned before ([1] and [2]). I've focussed on the details because that's
the way my brain works, but reviewing the converter is a fine way in.
Either way, take a look at the existing work and start tackling exceptions -
that's where the real work is.
If you're mainly interested in writing a converter script, my understanding is
that the end goal is just to convince someone to run it and import its output
into the new wiki. But I don't have that level of access and haven't looked at
that part of the problem, so I might be wrong.
