I don't think sending an automated mail to all contributors will be necessary since copyright for translations belongs to the original English author AFAIK and not every single page will be copied over to improve content quality / remove outdated info. I might send notifications on #debian-wiki IRC whenever someone replies with a yes, so it's not entirely unknown what the status is. (I don't want to CC the list so as not to pollute it with mails.) -- Maytham
