A lot of past Wiki contributors made edits without specifying which license
was used. After we make it clear that all contribution to the new Wiki should
have a default license (e.g., SPDX:CC-BY-SA-4.0), can we notify all past
Wiki contributors and ask for their consent to re-license all their contribution
under the new license? We have the editing history for all Wiki pages. Once all editors
of one page agrees to the license changing, we can directly copy the old Wiki page
to the new site.

I know it would be a tedious work but I guess that could be doable. We can start
with pages that are maintained under active teams.
