There are no quotes inciting hatred and violence (or, I haven't seen
any), they are very old jokes that were deemed funny 25-30 years ago
when they were written. I assure you that old books with jokes don't
become illegal after a certain number of years, even if some of the
jokes themselves might no longer be considered funny or civilised.

It would probably be very helpful if you actually did go and read the
things you are talking about, before talking about them.
