That is not how Condorcet works. Because it's a ranked system, it specifically
finds the option that is most wanted. If we would vote on the options in turn
(and stop when the first is accepted), we'd find any acceptable option, but it
may not be the best. There is no harm to adding options on a ballot; votes for
that new option don't influence the race between the other options.
