As a seconder of the initial proposal, I don't need to second Peter's amendement since Charles accepted it, but I wanted to say that I agree with Charles' decision to accept the amendement, because it is probably what is best for our project right now. However, I really hope that the fact that we are having this GR clearly shows how such changes should be discussed and decided in the future: by discussing them publicly on mailing lists (not only within small groups), and by trying to reach consensus by participating in the discussion.
