That will depend on the outcome of the elections Some of the candidates have written platforms that are in some respects similar to mine, although most either have different priorities, or have different ideas about what should be done to remedy the issues. If one of these other candidates gets elected over me by a sufficiently large margin, then I guess it's clear that the ideas I have about what should be done either are not based on reality, or that the consensus of the project is that they would not work. In such a case, it would not make a whole lot of sense to try and do what I wanted to do anyway.
