Stop trotting out your current pet peeve as "allegory".
I didn't know anything about the situation and it was obvious that your
story was a way to snipe at Mr. Suffield. If you have a problem with
the way a maintainer is handling a package, take it to the DPL or tech
committee. Snide stories on debian-devel don't help.
