	Personally, I do believe thagt the changes to the SC were
 merely clarifications, and did not change the meaning of the SC,
 however, when it comes to release policies my individual opinion
 matters little.

	My amendment  is merely cognizant of the fact that something
 did change -- namely, the release policy, and I am told on the
 best of authority that the aforementioned GR was the direct cause of
 this change in Debian release policy.

	Surely hiding that serves no purpose?
