I think the above lack of decorum is entirely beyond the pale, and in no way aids in achieving a consensus on this issue, controversial as it is. Could Thomas and Craig's posts to this list, at least on this topic, be manually moderated for some time, or some other technical procedure be put in place to help encourage a higher level of courtesy and productive discussion?
