Yes, I notices that this proposal is exclusionary. We are
supposed to be part of a community, and be aware of te tyrrany of the
majority.

I have no idea what leap of illogic lead you to this question,
but if you propose a controvercial GR, then you should expect, hem,
controversy.
It would improve the chances of your GR if you at least
pretended to try and work with the people who are on the fence (and
even with the opposition, trying to reaqch a position that may have
broader support.
