        I am not sure there is a concept of a quorum for the qhole
 ballot, in the face of super majority. Quorum is still valid for each
 option; and if no option has at least as many people voting for it as
 its quorum, and super majority, requires, then all options would be
 rejected, and the default option holds.

	I think tis change is confusing, and redundant; and I do
 indeed reject it.

	Quite. I think that is what I would consider desired -- and
 this is indeed a characterisitc of my proposal. In what way do you
 think that this is not the case without your addendum?
