His policies have been deliberate every step of the way. I'm not asking whether debian-admin thinks Michael should be punished, I'm asking debian-admin to rule on whether or not it views his recent activities as "bulk emailing". I'd also like your opinion on the definition of "abusive bulk emailing" (for the purposes of the DMUP) that I posted. -- G.
