That's not what the instructions describe at
<URL:http://www.debian.org/volatile/>. They don't mention
'etch-proposed-updates' at all.

The latest announcement for support of 'volatile' on 'etch',
<URL:http://lists.debian.org/msgid-search/20080319111443.GA12943@nechayev.zugschlus.de>,
also makes no mention of 'etch-proposed-updates'.

Can someone please explain why these announced updates are not
appearing from the 'etch/volatile' archive?
