It is true that we've all heard the vicious rumor here that capital
letters and *des lettres majuscules" (nuance!) don't require accents,
but l’Académie française doesn't agree.
Who am I to argue with those old farts?
Anyway, it's their form and their problem, so I'll just fill it out in
capital letters without accents.
