I think it would probably be best to report those problems to
<listmaster@lists.debian.org> (read by humans) if you are able to,
or to <postmaster@debian.org> failing that.

It sounds like there may be some sort of administrative block or
other communications problem between the Debian servers and you. The
mailing list software will automatically unsubscribe you if it
receives bounces when sending you email.

There is not really anything that us subscribers to the lists can do
to help with this sort of thing.
