I have no idea what you do outside of this mailing-list (and I haven't
read the bug report that started it all), but what I've seen from you
here is not something I'd consider "contributing" to anything, other
than alienate actual contributors and maintainers :-(

I think you'll get better results if you start from the assumption that
people mean well and do their best.  So instead of whining that your
favorite bug didn't get the attention it so obviously deserved, and
suggesting that it's a sign the maintainer might be "possibly
malicious", you might instead just state that you were disappointed and
then ask for ways you could have helped.

In my experience, compassion gets you further than aggression.

Note: you can do that without having to have faith that people do indeed
mean well.  You just keep those doubts to yourself.  After all, if people
are indeed malicious, you're probably better off if you don't let them
know that you're onto them ;-)
