Was there a good reason to install Testing, particularly? Testing doesn't
have immediate security support, for example, and you need to be able to fix
your system when breakages happen. The recommendation is always to use

There could be more than one package involved here: there are a lot of
interactions.

Firmware? At some point, GNOME in Testing will move to GNOME 41 and there's 
likely to be more package churn.

"It works for me" (TM) is a good reason to do this for someone else - until
it isn't. :( Is there any possibility of a reinstall of stable?
