Other times you have to kill the WM from another tty and then > re-log. Everything else seems ok. There is a rather severe glitch with the i915 driver and 5.10 kernels that has very similar effects. If this you are using a 5.10 kernel, try rebooting on a 5.9, for me it fixed the issue (20 days and counting). Regards, -- Nicolas George
