Sorry if I polluted the debian-python mailing list about my following investigations:

I was not convinced to start by opening an issue starting at snakemake, so I posted to debian-python. I was probably wrong looking at the different package maintainers involved:

python3-pulp - Debian OpenStack <team+openstack@tracker.debian.org>

At the point where I got to, should I report a bug to python3-pulp?
