Too many levels of symbolic links

Hi,

When I boot the machine (5.10.0-1-amd64), I get:

The system seems to work alright but these messages are pretty scary. I'm seing
them since months and with different kernel versions.

I have spent a lot of time trying to troubleshoot this but without any success yet.

Help would be very much appreciated.
