In case it's not obvious, the "firmware" image is the same as the
regular image + firmware (i.e. you don't need both).
It was not obvious (to me - but I make no claim to perspicacity); however, that owes something to my first attempt to do this via jigdo, and the course of that thread. This has been a good experience. And I thank you for early trying to point me in the right direction.
