You can also search package contents (of all packages in the
archives, not just those that are installed) from the command line,
using apt-file (from the apt-file package):

~$ apt-file search crystalsvg
anyremote-doc: /usr/share/doc/anyremote/data/jc/themes/crystalsvg-arrows.png
anyremote-doc: /usr/share/doc/anyremote/data/jc/themes/crystalsvg-player.png
code-aster-gui: /usr/share/astk/icons/crystalsvg_22_1downarrow.gif
code-aster-gui: /usr/share/astk/icons/crystalsvg_22_1uparrow.gif

viewmol: /usr/share/icons/crystalsvg/64x64/mimetypes/qc.png

So the only package installing anything
into /usr/share/icons/crystalsvg/ is 'viewmol' - but I have no idea
whether that will help you at all, as it seems unlikely that Okular
should depend on anything in that package.
