I usually bounce those messages to report-listspam@lists.debian.org, as
detailed in [1], in the hopes to benefit the other folks here.

Debian's spam filters already do a lot, typically blocking 40000 messages
per day, according to [2].

If you feel brave, you may propose SpamAssassin rules, see [1]
