I believe this error message is correct. All HDDs in your fstab files are 
mounted on '/'. 

The 3 disks should be mounted on different points.

Neither. From systemd-fstab-generator man page: "systemd-fstab-generator is a 
generator that translates /etc/fstab (see fstab(5) for details) into native 
systemd units"

You must fix you fstab file.
