FWIW, wrapfig seems to be in texlive-latex-extra:
tomas@rasputin:~$ apt-file search wrapfig
[...]
texlive-latex-extra: /usr/share/texlive/texmf-dist/tex/latex/wrapfig/wrapfig.sty
